In fact, most times I drive by some of these three hundred Dunken Donuts in the Lake Michigan area most are often empty and few people want their bad coffee, crappy Baskins over-priced ice cream, and stale morning made donuts. The exigency of the hedge funds to push and help construction firms building all of this unnecessary and unneeded retail outlets for the likes of Nigel Travis is  a major economic problem of suburbia's massive number of empty storefronts for lease depreciates areas. Graham House 318 has doors like a house and an upstairs tight quarters that one can never have fun venturing and discovering going into a shit hole of one of Nigel's beloved Dunken Donuts zoned for one room sameness across America and if America prefers to run on crap like this as DD claims then it is a sad fact.
