Angry White men book written by a scared White man

    Michael Kimmel wrote this book called Angry White men and basically he goes through some of the shooting strocities that have occured in this country and blames a fundlemental belief sysytem as the cause of this violence. Every community has violence and why Kimmel seems to focus on White males and their violence is basically because he has some political agenda. Most of gun violence in America is still by far black gangs and drug violence and maybe Kimmel will write a next book about this. He takes aim at mens rights movments or when men take a stand against society working against them in many facets of life. he brings up white wing talk radio has proof that all White males are boiling, raging psychpaths that are ready to gun down a mall. There is no increase of White male anger and I have to imagine he would of written the same stuff in the sixties with Charles Whiteman and the angry Vietnam war protestors. there has always been a segment of population that is rebellious and in this country the racial group that has been most numerous has been White people. I wonder what Kimmel would write about AIM American Indian movements or other civil rights groups and call them angry folks that need to be monitored This is an author that sterotypes White males from a small number of incidents that have little to do with race. The real issue is a gun culture that allows easy access to guns from bullyed teenagers. few men really object to women in the workplace although Kimmel can quote a few firemen drunks in a bar and claim this as some set of White male anger at the non-white and male public. he ignores real social issues where men do get screwed over in divorce battles and a chance to see their offspring grow. Appeartly Kimmel's own marriage is fine and he has luckily not had to deal with some of the pressure and issues that these men in his book had to deal. This is a book done by a scared white man who lists some tragic events as proof of an angry populace that he is a part of minus the relegion. Mr Kimmel happens to be Jewish and as a result likely has an obsession with so-called hate groups The fact is the world is filled with angry men and women of all stripes and one can find many events of women violence and write a book about this. Michael Kimmel has spent hundreds of hours on the company of angry white males and I guess when you devote so much time to a group of pissed off men instead of the happy ones it might account for his fear and thoughts of an angry male populace. When you spend so much time in the company of angry White men then it is automatic that you think they represent the segment of population in general.
