Emily Graslie doesn't take to lewd comments

   Emily Graslie has a science youtube channel that has many subscribers and is a rare successful on-line channel. Emily is a nice looking geeky girl and with that it attracts some on-line worms. These guys evidently bothered her so much that she took to a post abut all the abuse and comments about her looks more than her science knowledge.

 The daily nastiness she has to deal with is obviously something Bill Nye or Albert Einstein never had to deal with. he sad fact is that Emily does not look like   these two old men and so if some comments are x rated or dirty that is just a thing that comes with the territory. For somebody who makes their income from on-line activity you would think Emily would just ignore the bad comments. That's the problem with women though. The sensitivity of anonymous on-line comments after one of her science videos just don't warrant a video follow up on her part. She only did it because she knew going viral and complaining and announcing the sexiest remarks was going to get publicity. Emily needs to get over remarks from creeps about her bad clothing choices and just worry about trying to make more entertaining videos for youtube. She would not have those 180,000 subscriber if she looked like your average science correspondent or reporter. Her looks help with her popularity and having the notoriety  that comes with it both positive and negative.
