The Ling sisters are a couple of hot Asian chicks and it would of been a shame had we lost them to a country that is keeping other hot Asian women locked up in their racist regime shithole of a country . This is what almost happened to Lauren Ling and another women when they made the mistake of crossing the yellow river or some river that separates the two countries, In their book "Somewhere inside the Ling sisters give their terrifying recount through the days North Korea captures the American reporters and held them out for ransom. Eventually Bill Clinton had to bail the bitches out and play superhero for Lauren's stupidity going near that country in a region known for having Christians help Northern Korea's out of a tyrannical country and live to South Korea or the west for a free-market tyrannical life of a low wage worker.
Lisa Ling did a real critical report on North Korea way back in the day in 2007 when the elder Kim Jung Un was still alive and she recalls this as being a reason the North Koreans were so furious with the Ling Yangs. She was not even suppose to be art of some medical trip in North Korea to do cataract eye surgeries and instead used her luscious Ling looks to get on the team for her real goal on reporting to the media and make a name for Lisa Ling on the Oprah channel and get a gig spot of the female talk program called "the view'. North Koreans do not like to be deceived and played the Ling family back and held her longer than they should of. The North used this to their political advantage and eventually got Bill Clinton out of retirement to beg for the elite media sisters to be allowed back to their country. The Ling sisters were important people and no peons and why they were able to get back after all despite obviously instigating trouble and breaking North Korea law. I am sure life in North Korea must of been tough but it looks like Laura Ling made some good jingle from this book and rare encounter to be a North Korean prisoner and have a former president travel to bargain for your freedom.
