Abe Shinzo trying to repeat history in Japan. The coming of a new Japanese extremism

   Lee Park Kong
Shinzo Abe is an extremist in the making. The right wing Japanese prime minister is quickly trying to turn Japanese back to the days of  war hawking and advocation with his rhetoric and revisionist thoughts on the past empire of the rising sun. He has turned a blind eye and encouraged the rise of right wing extremism and militarism in Japan today. This man utterly refuses to make any apologizes to the actions of his people in other parts of Asia and the ugliness of his thoughts and new need for a strong Japanese military is something the rest of the world needs to keep an eye on in light of occurrences in Russia. We have seen it doesn't take long for a country to rise and raise its military to be a threat to neighboring countries and the possibilities to redraw the map of the world. The political system in Japan is a disgrace and this is what happens when it is ruled by a generation of families that played a role in imperial Japan and its desire to conquer other peoples to fed their need at home. The Japanese democratic experiment is coming to an end folks and what replaces it will likely be the same xenophobic  Japanese supremacy militant regime that we saw in the years leading up to the Second World War. Abe Shinzo is a nut who refuses to even acknowledge that many non-Japanese Asian women were kidnapped for the imperial dead army decades ago to do as they please in the years prior and during the World War.
I am reading a book and just finished called Japan 1941 written by Eri Hotta. It covers the months leading up to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and it fully shows the delusional thoughts and actions of the Japanese empire that realized it had no chance of winning a war against the United States , yet still elected to wage war. The imperial lordship of that time had little concern for the average Japanese person that would suffer in total war that would benefit no one in Japan or the rest of Asia at the time. the people in Japan were under a brutal police state and empire and perhaps had they risen during the long war with China and demanded an end like Americans did with Vietnam it would of have made the leaders think twice. the author does a good job of explaining the pathetic leadership that squabbled and argued among themselves yet still eventually agreed that a pacific war made sense in the end. The same delusional thoughts then are becoming appearing now with this Shinzo Abe character and the corruption and insanity of its political class. The same class that seems to see glory is having conflicts with its neighbors as the crazy political leaders of 1941 Japan such as Tojo,Hirohito,Konoe, and Nagano. Somewhere in the twisted mind of right -wing fanatic Shinzo Abe he wants to be added to this list and fulfill his dream of an Asian continent on e again dominated by the Japs.
