    Sometimes when I look at the shady actions of my fellow Greeks I am embarrassed  to be one.  Any Greek with money got it through fraud or illegal means or exploitation of others.  A local case around here REMAX agent George Dravilias would often come by the Itasca Inn and drink loads of gin talking to ladies and saying how successful he is.He would spend hundreds of dollars and then not even tip abated a fucking buck. The other day he was arrested for a mortgage scam where he bought properties in the get tho and falsified documents with fake names and numbers  and wok,d sell these properties for a fraudulent high price and pocket it among themselves. I wonder how often Dravilias and other real estate agents commit these fraudulent loans and provide the phony contracts to sell properties to fake people and essentially themselves over and over again. No wonder they can afford the expensive suits and clothing and treatments looking like a corporate Hollywood superstar that is apparently necessary to be a agent. To see another Greek go down for some fraudulent dealings and the likelihood that only a tiny fraction of deals like this will ever be investigated and discovered with a straw buyer and undercover agent. Real estate is one of the most common and undiscovered financial scams out there being committed by all types of people for the sake of making easy profit and undoubtedly the suburbs were created for these type of transactions. Most of the wealth and big McMansions were paid for fraudulent actions in a small government area where the resources for investigation and prosecution are nada. People like the Dravilias family and other Greeks and Italians really made a killing as they fled the cities to the outer ring getting land and property cheap. The creation of the suburbs has helped tap out the budgets of states like Illinois where the costs to maintain their isolation and madness with ever widening street and traffic choked avenues is impossible. Conservatives and wealthy Republicans need only to look at their living arrangements and the past fraud committed by their ancestors to really see why places like California and Illinois now seen mismanaged and ungovernable than to blame politics for the shortfalls of the economy. George Dravilas will have a lot of time not to worry a out any future real estate transactions and the women at the Itasca Inn can now rest easy from harassment from fraudulent rich creeps like him
