Ralph Nader was on the slate podcasts last week talking about his new book and the need for a left-right alliance to fight back against the corporate state.The slate website has really stepped up their podcasts and increased the number of great listening offerings and this hour speech of Ralph Nader was another excellent live broadcast. Ralph Nader is definitely a man of honor that has been fighting for years against the abuses and growing stalwart influence of corporations in all sprees of influence in this country. I highly advise people to buy this book without even reading it and just listening to this guy whenever you get a chance to come across his audio.
Nader states that e en the staunchest Republican Wal Mart workers will eventually support minimum wage drives in their states as they are not stupid enough to a crept low wages forever even in their cheaper and dull red state living arrangements. Mr Nader takes a bunch of questions from audience members in this slate podcast and again comes up with the need for alternative third parties to come up with alternative choices that are needed in the political process as the same money is being delivered two both major parties in America. As we have seen in Europe this past week that having more than two elite political systems serves the public better and Europeans are able to shift direction dramatically and make statements with the diverse parties they have choices. Ralph Nader definitely a hero.
