Kentucky Fried Chicken and the Chinese kitchens

   I was assigned some book on China to read and review. After reading the book I decided it was to boring to review and mention although one thing did pip my interest and gave me a post idea. The boring China book about how the changing economy and lifestyle over there will impact the rest of world had a chapter on why Chinese consider KFC healthy. It seems like going out to eat over there can be much more dangerous with no real government regulation and inspection. For all these libertarian assholes that want little government yet enjoy going out to eat I suggest them to read this. Chinese prefer going to KFC because they know this place will not reuse dirty month old grease for their cooking. The small mom and pop Chinese kitchens and cart vendors are known to scan garbage bins for old grease to use for cooking oil and millions of Chinese or maybe thousands die every year eating filthy food with germs,bacteria,fungus, and viruses all over their broccoli and Chinese chicken. This would and could happen here if you eliminated health inspections and so forth these jags and libertarians desire so badly and I wonder about the numerous small strip mall Chinese kitchens in suburban areas that pop up form one or two years. If they fuck up people in China with their dirty grease I wonder how good our own corrupt village inspectors can be when some cash heavy Chinese cook hands him millions of dollars or yen. I wouldn't trust the grease in any of these places you walk into the ,middle of winter and they have a floor personal heater and the the temperature is like thirty degrees inside their dingy business. You never see these Chinese shitholes in hip urban yuppie neighborhood s. They are always in the fucking suburbs as village leaders are so desperate to fill space in their measly immigrant dominated strip malls. They could hardly cares how old or where these guys get their cooking grease.
