Rahm Emmanuel's staff laughed at the idea at a new poll that showed he would trail Chicago's teachers union president Karen Lewis if an election was held. It appears when you are able to extract the corporate money a politician like Rahm Emmanuel has been able to receive in campaign donations any poll would appear to be a joke.
The fact is that by replacing this scumbag mayor of Chicago urban voters would be sending a very strong message to corporatism and these mayors that are primarily running to serve money instead of the people. The humiliation that Rahm Emmanuel would feel in an election defeat would be incomprehensible and send shivers down the backs of other elected officials whole and say their primarily fat or for running for mayor is to serve the people. The people have seen how these mayors run and try everything in their power to spread more inequality and keep those already at the top to receive an increasing larger pie of the financial profits of these select elite extreme cities. Emmanuel has alienated. Powerful union in his drive to weaken them with I unionized charter schools that would give the extreme wealthy another platform to spread their agenda and misfortune for the pupils in this country that deserve equal education.
Karen Lewis is starting a grassroots approach to bridging out to the community that was the same way Elizabeth Warren accomplished in Massachusetts taking that senate took from Scott Brown and his financiers from Wall Street. Residents in Chicago now need to take the next step and send Emmanuel out of political life and back into the corporate world to serve and work for in much the same way Scott Brown is back in private industrial corporate life. Politicians not willing to serve in the public good need to immediately be sent packing.
