Marc Hamid tried to pull a fast one on the Chicago Cubs and the city. For years he had sucked up the views and incorporated his own business free of the cubs with him placing dangerous bleachers on a roof of a building built at the turn of two centuries ago. As co-owner of Skybox across from Wrigley Field he has now been charged of defrauding the team and tax authorities after their agreement back in 2008 of shared revenues. This prick cheated the Chicago Cubs and the city out of over 600,000 from a three year span. This is the same owner of one of the rooftops that was suing the Chicago cubs to stop construction and modernizing of Wrigley Field because it would obtuse with his business plan of putting peoples lives in jeopardy crammed on a roof to watch a bad baseball team and boring sport. this guy is a complete jackass and it is good to see a federal grand jury charge him with mail fraud. he needs to be charged with theft along with other rooftop owners who basically stole from the baseball team for years charging admission to watch a product they had nothing to do with organizing. The Chicago Cubs should of evinced interest right away in shutting these rooftops from day one these idiots started putting up bleachers and extra seating on roof tops of these buildings. They would not have been so hampered over the years having to make agreements to improve their infrastructure with a bunch of freeloading bastards who then never made due on their promises once an agreement was established. marc Hamid's days of defrauding foolish baseball fans to paying so much for nose bleed seats and defrauding the Cubs organization have come to an end my friend.
