Indianapolis is a city becoming ghettoized and trending backwards as many displaces Mississippi and black Louisianans make a fresh urban start in life. A thirty one year old cocky Carmel, Indiana man was stomped to death in a bar fight in Indianapolis recently as officers were called to a report of a fight at the Chatterbox Jazz Club in the 400 block of Massachusetts Avenue just before midnight in a day in May.
Police say Lanter was involved in a fight with another individual, struck his head, and fell. In an update from police Sunday, Lanter later died. Michael Lanten went to this cool area to listen to some Jazz and chill but instead got a rude introduction at a very high entrance fee which wasn't cool to him.
“It appears that some words were exchanged. The victim, he was struck. I don’t know if he lost his footing because of his level of intoxication or if he just had some bad cheap Payless footwear. He struck his head and may have suffered from those injuries,” said IMPD Officer Chris Wilburn.
Witnesses told police Lanter was intoxicated and refused to pay the cover charge at the door. They said he walked inside the bar and a fight ensued between him and other customers. Indianapolis is a city in transition when a cocky fuck like this guy just can't go to a downtown club and flaunt his money and power around as he likely was so long accustomed to and receiving respect from minimum wage bouncers and flashy girls desperately seeking tips. Police were reuctnat to call this crime a homicide as it would of severly tainted the downtown music seen and the crowds that flock to it supporting the hard liquor establishment in America. Michael lanten just needed some pizza and a dive bar like Tree Guys Pizzeria and the Itasca Inn.
