Say what you want about Rahm Emanuel a big city can have a worse mayor than him and recent protests seek to ouster him as mayor of Chicago. Chicago has always been at that critical stage between Detroit and Gary, Indiana and many wealthy civic leaders and strong mayors have prevented the city from totally falling into the abyss. Sam Sedar recently had a couple of guests one named Micah Uetricht and one named Brandon Smith on his show to call for the mayor to resign in connection to the police shooting of some drugged out frenzied black youth armed with a knife and an attitude to not listen to the police.
Sedar and these idiots live far from the South and west Side of the city of Chicago and do not have occupations as a police officer whose duties are to patrol these third-world no-go zones of the city of Chicago for the average middle class person. The speculation that Rahm Emanuel didn't want release of this video during a campaign against a candidate that had no chance is just dumb and typical of what you will discern listening to liberals of Sedar's ilk and his baiting guests The West Side and South Side really should not be part of the city of Chicago and perhaps the best thing for elite cities and strong middle class areas still left in urban centers is to totally disconnect from the ghettos parts. Mass protests from these activist nationalist anti-police race agitators do seek to disrupt the city commerce and a Sam Sedar will never recognize the real economic agenda of these anti-authority authoritarian agitators and their cause because Sedar is a whinny shit liberal who loves to see discontent directed towards certain segments of society. 
Another shit that has called for Rham Emanuel to resign is the black bum known as Ronnie "Woo Woo' Wickers who made a mockery of a town hall meeting and was actually allowed to speak on this issue. the bum from Chicago more locally known as a Chicago cubs fan loiterer made a bunch of baseball analogies and petty much said Rahm Emanuel should step down and follow the former police chief into retirement. How local media and important topics of the city of Chicago include this moronic hobo and handout ass muncher should show the pathetic role media plays in promoting asinine news. Some media mogul thought it would be hilarious to have Ronnie speak on this important topic and give more weight of this topic and discussion that Rahm Emanuel should ever have to resign because Chicago police have to deal with the dregs of the city whose only habit and talent is criminal activity and vandalism. Both of these idiots need no opinion of voice of this topic. Chicago is full of poor people like Laquan McDonald who are poor because they chased business and opportunity away from their neighborhoods with their incessant criinal activity such as what the punk was doing the night he was killed with sixteen bullets to his body. The city of Chicago is better off with one less Laquan McDonald on the streets out for other peoples personal injury or of property.
