Ladanian Tomlison was some running back who got many yards and great statistics because bigger fat guys were in the way from those wanting to tackle him. Ladania received a huge halftime tribute as the San Diego Chargers retired his number a few Sundays ago and Ladanian for one more Sunday felt like a fucking king. Ladanian thanks first and foremost God for making him a great running back. Now I don't know if there is a God or if God is a football fan but I am sure if there is one he does not go into the mold room and say I think I am going to make this mother fucker a great National football league running back. God more likely would be horrified to here his name in praise after some retirement ceremony for football as the Ladanian's of the world just assume in their world God is as big of a sports fan as they were. this whole Ladanian Tomlison tribute thing was a fucking joke and unless you are a retiring Roman slave gladiator I really don 't think you need to be thanking God for attaining and surviving a sport.
Perhaps god wasn't a Chargers fan and is the reason Ladanian never has a Superbowl ring wrapped around his finger. Perhaps God is just really into a real sport such as Rugby where you don't get success hiding behind a bunch of football fatties and just run through holes created by these behometh overfed human beings. Praising a higher power for your success on the gridiron or any playing field is just fatuous and I really was embarrassed for Ladanian. I also felt a it sad for the man as this is really the only thing in life he really is grateful for and this without question will be his last appearance and glory on a field as really how many tributes can there be for one man. ladania should just give thanks that this country loves the crazy game of collision ball and not Rugby or Australian football which is more rigourous and respectable
god knew maybe Ladania couldn't handle rugby and put the clown in America.
