Scott Walker and appointed judge Rebecca Bradley want to do away with Fourth amendment in Wisconsin

   The Wisconsin Supreme Court has decided in a four to three ruling that the state can use evidence collected from the private homes during warrantless searches. This is legislation that Scott Walker has pushed for tirelessly to enact since getting into office through campaign donations from outside the state. The death blow the Wisconsin Supreme Court just dealt to the Fourth amendment made little news outside Wisconsin. Scott Walker had just appointed Justice Rebecca Bradley to break the long deadlock on a case where police had used  a well-being check in a home to collect material they later used to prosecute an individual and clearly a Scott walker wants to run his state as much as an authoritarian ability as he can use the courts to get away with in the state of Wisconsin. Scott Walker is a paranoid shit ruler who owns his allegiances to those who got him elected and this included a segment of the population that is undemocratic against all those that don't have three million of annual income coming in through their prospective clients and roles of modern day rentiers .  Rebecca Bradley and the likes of her serving on the highest courts of our states is troubling and signifies a new tactic the rich will use to bully the lower segments of the population in their unrelenting class warfare and hatred for the masses and determination to dominate the wealth and lands of this nation. This woman should not even be in an athletic gym court yet alone a law and order court.  A Rebecca Bradley being appointed in this undemocratic way so she can give the police state more power to search into peoples homes and fabricate new crimes for expansion of the prison industrial complex is the ultimate goal of profiteers who want to see growth in the emerging industry of locking people up as in medieval times to do away with others with opposing views and voices. This is a troubling trend that is being developed by these undemocratic evil right-wing Republican Governors willing to barge through peoples doors and arrest them without a warrant and one wonders what a Scott walker and other swill do with this expanded police powers under their tightening belts.
