Jillian Michaels book another trainers humilation book for fat people

Andy Cruz

Incorporating both cardio and Physical training Jillian Michaels has built a easy career out of telling other people that their body sucks and should look as good as hers. The fitness humiliation media industry is about to get a social critique here but for today I will review Jillian Michaels book called "Winning By Losing". This is another Jillian Michaels book that says in order to be successful you need to lose weight. Jillian is rightfully disgusted by the sight of fat people and the corporate attitude of the world in hiring and promotion indeed has this same attitude. Jillian offers valuable advice how to identify your emotional problems and why seeking it through high-caloric foods is self-sabotage. It is self-sabotage because so many people like Jillian have a discriminatory policy of visual looks but this is something she doesn't write in her book. She gives advice ho to curb mindless eating and use it for mindless exercising that will make you look a bit closer to the incredible body that Jillian Michaels admitting has achieved through her addiction of worrying about what others may think of her body.  I wonder if the same discrimination and public pressure was directed towards  a sculptured body would cause a different writing approach and advocacy of Ms Michaels.promoting over-eating. these fitness self-help humiliation advocates like Killian actually amuse me and why I give them such promotion. this woman has made a lot of dinero from telling other people how they should eat and what they should look. Jillian dissects the importance of reading food labels at stores and gives healthy cooking tips as you can usually find in books such as this by the fitness experts. she gives complicated recipes that many working women don't have time or ability to afford a personal cook. The last half of the book contains exercises and lifting advice that Michaels gives to her female reader telling them they have to work hard to be accepted in society instead of fighting against society for humiliating and body-shaming so many women out there.  This is littloe concern for Jillian Michaels as she wants to profit as tremendously as possible from the culture that shames women if they are not a perfect ten in the minds of corporations
