It seems as soon as the weather hits 65 you have all these dumb dudes who insist on wearing shorts. For the record I am one in the category that a dude should never shorts unless you are in some wild bush fighting blacks in Africa or Australia. men in shorts can be seen in some places ore than others and this is the backwater backyards of America whether they be Mcmansion suburbia or big country rural Hicksberg red-state America. Just this week I saw this man about sixty who was wearing some khaki shorts and his legs looked like fucking twigs. I could barely get by him without giggling like a cactus during a rainfall. men in shorts either remind me of gang-banger school dropouts or old clowns at a circus. Middle age men shouldn't also wear shorts regardless how hot it is you guys just look as stupid is as stupid does.
As a male blogger I have more insight than women who will just answer the question saying it depends on the guy. If you are over 21 you basically should give up the shorts and reserve them for the boys because that is pretty much what you resemble when you wear one guys. just sayin and I am amazed that the number of old men who expose their really ugly parts of their bodies that are going downhill quickly and showing their age. I mean really. 
Now young men in your mid twenties and thirties unless you are playing basketball or soccer there is no need to further display yourself . Only the gays will admire your thighs and women check out shoes of other women way more than they take a peak at your hairy lumberjack or chicken legs. A woman named Fran Leibowitz points out the disaster and recent phenomenon of so many men wearing shorts. there was some debate some years ago whether men should wear shorts or not in the city but I say screw that and include non-city areas as well. People in the ghetto seem to also dress to not impress with shirts and usually just white t shirts to further cast themselves as losers. Clearly though this is an urban rural split gain in America as I pleasantly see less dudes wear the cargos and have what I term "clown look" in center city areas than the boondocks. men of all ages in the boondocks are disgraceful and an embarrassment only surpassed din attire disgust by the big blury biker.
