The Air and water show in Chicago is an annual tribute to empire. The air wand water show displays the might of the US military used to intimidate overseas opponents and put their stooges in power whose ability to corrupt their countries and reinvest it in America is basically why there is such overseas expansion and interest from the US Military.
The air and water show in Chicago and all over the country is a disgraceful attempt to get Americans conditioned and proud of having a billionaire dollar industry made to lay waste to poverty stricken lands and villages all over the world. Hundreds of thousands of people show up to Chicago's lakefront in one of the largest displays of celebration for the genocidal American war machine. radio broadcasts proudly boast on corporate radio of the massive missile technology capabilities of these war planes ignoring the human destructiveness purposes of these machines into intimidating people in other lands and endlessly fleecing the Us tax payer to provide these weapons of terrorism.
The air power shows is suppose to bring about some patriotic feeling of the public caring little of the expansionist and extortionist use of these weapons in serving the capitalists and resource extractors and their quest to displace people of their ancestral homes in order to gain access to valuable minerals and resources underneath that is never shared with the masses. there are many people proud that their country can gain easy air and water access into other countries and when other countries actually stop these incursions and spying as Iran did in capturing some sailors earlier in the year conservatives go ballistic. the people who attend and celebrate the air and water show have little courage nor morality in supporting a system of terror around the world where technology and waste is the ultimate goal against people challenging the hegemony and neo-colonialism of the United States.
