There are many Calvin and Hobbes comic strips that are going viral and being retouched with Donald trump's mug on it. One can clearly come to the conclusion that Bill Waterson would not be happy that his comic strip is being used these days --many of which are done by his devoted fans that long for the return of his comic strip that he prematurely shut don in the late nineties. Waterson would be horrified that the invidious Donald Trump would be compared and put together with his Calvin creation as people realize the nature of the two characters is similar in actions and thoughts. For some people this comparison and realization has made it destroy forever their love of this comic strip as people come to the realization of the insanity that was in the mind of this six year old kid featured in Waterson's comic strip with that fucking talking tiger.
Waterson would eschew personal politics and these Donald Trump as Calvin comics would make this man even ore depressed and likely this would never had happened had he continued Calvin and Hobbes or let some author comic artist continue the tradition and his creation for the millions of fans of this character. As a troubled and greedy CEO jealously guarding his property, Bill Waterson denied his product at the height of its popularity despite the enjoyment and fulfillment his product brought so many people. Now Waterson has the internet and has to see his copyrighted and protected strips being used in a political fashion as people see the resemblance. Donald Trump and his behavior are indeed Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes and everything you see with Trump's picture over Calvin is something the Donald likely would of repeated through his trap hole.
