A sweet sugar named JJ Virgin has written several health and nutritional books through the years and is a nutritionist you should know. The New York Ties best seller is an expert on Sugar and the affects of this on the human body and she is a major advocate of exposing sugar as harmful for the female diet. JJ Virgin is no virgin but she is an expert on foods and diets and her book called " Sugar Impact Diet" tackles the subject of sugar nd how it is often hidden in the packaging and foods people eat all of the time
. JJ writes on how the body reacts to different sugars and that all sugars are not created the same. the virgin tells her readers to quit the soft drinks as this is the worse types of sugars one can add to their body and she celebrates the role of coffee in helping to suppress hunger and improves your insulin sensitivity and lowers chances for diabetes. JJ also tells her readers to avoid the salad dressing as it alone pretty much neglects the advantages of even eating a salad in the first place. The book is full of recipes and alternatives for healthier eating and drinking as the author advocates slow transition away from the impact brutal sugar that so many consume without thinking twice of the long-term consequences abusing your body.
This woman has a hot body for her age and it comes from years of knowledge gained from keeping sugar in check and learning how this substance works against the human body. There is little to differentiate she relates between artificial sweeteners to natural as sugar is sugar and too much of an intake leads to obesity and inflammation. JJ says cut the he addition of grains, beans, and nuts to diet as these starches are heavy and offers other foods to intake as she especially wants you to cut the corn. This is a sugar heavy starch not as replacement to the junk beef and dirty sugar snacks will go a long way of making you look like JJ virgin instead of a three hundred pound thirty year old fat virgin no man would touch with a ten foot pole.
