Susumu Tomiiya couldn't believe it has he was looking over some old fossils the other day at the Field Museum of natural history in Chicago. the acclaimed vertebrate paleontologist studied the two poor fossils that had previously been misclassified as Susumu had noticed one of the specimens had upper teeth whose surface suggested the teeth were meant for rushing instead of chewing. Later on he noticed another unexplained fossil carnivore from the same rock formation had similar features and Mr Tomiiya concluded these were of the same species. Using high-resolution x ray cat scans he could see internal skull features of the two species and that they were part of the bear dog amphicyonid family that ran loose and ran hell for other creatures man many thousands of moons ago. These bear dogs it has been estimated lived 36 million years ago and were not your grandfathers Rottweiler. The diversion of Bears fro dogs has often been difficult to maintain and pinpoint but this species is a missing link of what must of been a fearsome beast for the grass eaters back I the day to have to deal on the North American plains. These dog bears were ferocious and now a new class and species of these killer Center bears of the past can be established. As far modern times Sonumu now has something under his belt to be a dog and get the puss easier between studies and shaping old bones.
