Only in America can people who use to be drug addicts and big time users can now make a living from talking about their experiences to captive audiences. Last Wednesday my fellow students and myself had to watch this turkey speak at our high school as Chris Herran spoke at York High School as Chris Herran told students to be aware of the dangers of drugs and peer pressure because apparently he didn't fight it to well during the cup of coffee and his stint in the national basketball Association.
Herran told us how his addiction began and that may upper-class people can fall prey to drugs much like the poverty stricken inner-city basters who usually have to supplement their incomes and drug habit with the dangerous job of sale and distribution. For Chris Herran it began with joints and ended up with crack that killed his joints and career. Herran talked about how he and his friends partied and snorted in their parents basements and how he got to enjoy drugs being popular because of sports and he still uses his sports affiliation for this new public speaking tour making easy jingle these days. I really didn't want to have to hear this shit and the hypocrisy of this jerk telling kids not to enjoy partying and their youth because of his addiction is amusing as is the amount of public speaking gigs this clown gets in schools all across the nation as his word is so more important. three thousand students were forced to heat this guy and his message and who really is Chris Herran that the entire school and other schools around the nation need to hear nd feed his pockets for who knows what for him to spend given his past and difficulty in kicking a habit. 
Herran and the crusade of his and fellow born-againsters think high school students should just be all outcasts and not get involved in fun social shit that Chris Herran and countless other teens hot to enjoy as a rite of passage. This dweeb is so dumb as a dust bunny his message is like telling teens to go and enjoy prom but don't think of getting laud because it can lead to a lifetime of addiction and wanting sex past the age of thirty. Someone needs to tell school districts to save money and resources and to quit financially supporting clowns like Chris Herran
