   How food trucks have managed to eek out an living and thrive in other cities is pretty much disgusting and a culinary disgrace. This food method came from Mexican cheap immigrants that brought their mobile and suspect food selling concept to America unfortunately and only in a few major cities such as Chicago is there real question of this whole method of food sale from a dirty diesel automobile.  Thanks to good journalism from the Chicago Sun-Times these dirty food truck operators are getting rightful scrutiny through their disgusting habits and as I have often said this cheap mobile route of food business should never be allowed. if a business sells good food they should be renting their profits and not adding to more traffic and congestion with this  silly ass concept of mobile eateries that are pretty ghetto if you ask me.

thee food trucks into any inspections for years and I recall a few years ago eating from one of these trucks and I was sick for two weeks throwing up dozens of times in this time period. Food trucks are a hundred times less likely to get spot health inspection checks from the health department than the brick and mortar places. The slide ride truck was only inspected after numerous complaints and inspectors found that this truck as improperly storing meat at far above the legal threshold for meat. I have noticed as well in the springtime numerous flies and other insects making their way back and forth through these trucks Food trucks often ignore the two hour rule and they are now trying to corrupt the system and buy local politicians such as alderman Proco Joe Moreno who is trying to relax the rules and screw over real restaurants by allowing food trucks the right to remain in the same spot for up to six hours. City officials better inspect these sick places and trucks and see why so many people are getting sick and ill from eating at these nasty trucks because people are both ignorant and lazy to find a place and sit down and enjoy a meal.  and I would advise Alderman Proco Jose Moreno to eat at these shitty trucks at time sand see how it will make your stomach tumble for a while.
