Simi Valley residents will see their dream of a Dunkin Donuts crushing local favorite Donuts Plus in a strip mall not possible after a application expired for a permit in a building in a shitty stirp mall. The village of Simi Valley just made it too difficult for Dunkin Donuts to open with a list of corrections which were expensive and difficult and related to various plumbing, mechanical, and electric issues.
The town just did not want a Dunkin Donuts to open up in the same plaza as this cruddy Donuts Plus which as a big loyal following of old hoagies not wanting corporate presence and change. The people have been loyal to the established mo and pop store owned by Heng Chauv and have been around for years with a steady diet of cigarettes, coffee, and donuts. The idea of a Dunkin Donuts threatening this iconic We have mentioned over and over again how it is not fair that California has all these independent and cool Cambodian donuts places and loyal national big chain Dunkin donuts addicts like y fat ass can't expect and see the same stores and places all across this nation. the lengths the residents and town officials prevented this Dunkin Donuts and the free market of competition to take place boils my blood much like how hot my Dunkin Donuts watered down coffee gets in my mid afternoon need for a rush. A regular resident of Donuts Plus named Tom Brown was elated at the end of the attempt of Dunkin Donuts coming withen one hundred yards of Donut Plus.
He said corporations are taking over everything and all corners trying to put men like Chauz out of business with their inferior experience and product. The permit application expiring in this plaza for Dunkin Donuts was disgraceful and will ot stop the train of Dunkin steamrolling its way to dominance in La as it has in Chicago and New England with over eight thousand outlets for fans like myself to enjoy and this number is growing by the day.
