Sir Richard Florida declares a study that points out the obvious but doesn't explain real reason why coastal cities inundated with the best

Armando Arturo
Sir Richad Florida is an urban loving elite writer and speaker and he loves to often quote the surveys done by Trulio of cities having more reat restaurants and all clustered together instead of rural areas of America. This goes without saying and typifies the draining of the country of its best and brightest into these playgrounds as corporate America prefers creating economic prosperity for certain zones they can politically crony, corrupt, and get cozy.
Basically this new reality is no different that those who made their wealth through colonialism through the ages. The study by Trulio often cited by Richard Florida declares that coastal metro areas have a greater concentration of restaurants and old Jed Kolko, chief economist of this brilliant firm, pretty much stated the obvious for all to hear. San Francisco and the bay area often get tribute form their role of crony cozing with our fair and dear Asian trading partners and the international investors look to take care of this city and in fact have stealthily been colonizing it through the ages displacing native born Americans quicker than the Shasta Indians got displaced by silver miners. Richard Florida is glad Gulf Oil money sometimes returns to prop up te urban bought out areas and politicians in essence help create another country within America backed by dark money and nefarious forces always wishing to divide this nation not unlike a colonizer it being instead of a state-empire one ahhh made up of jet traveling globalists hard to pinpoint exactly. bars and restaurants creates a presence of more amenities and is important for a region  in many ways and often used to allow business owners to pile up debt for themselves and leave or sell invaluable asset for financial gain and is essentially a ponzi scheme.
