   Chuck Mertz recently had Peter Moscowitz on his program to talk abut gentrification and its impact in displacing poor people making way for the rich in citie all over the western world. Mertz and moscowitz talked of many complex and numerous causes for this phenomenon seeing in a selct few fairy tale cities of fake growth and money thrown in to improve their lot because o their preference and connection to other global cities where the successful are constantly in a quantum leap crossing borders for business excuses and wasteful spending. Chuck Mertz is a schmuck who acts lke a progressive but lies about the underlining causes of shit such as this discussion of gentrification in the east Village and that being corrupt liberal money affecting cities and choosing whom they want to reside and how best to make real estate a profit trading enterprise for themselves.

Mertz and his guest spoke on the this Is hell podcast about how many if these urban areas have become crash pads for the global elites to stay as they move out polluting the airs with their constant addiction to travel and burn money quite literally in the atmosphere in their  entitled travels and ability to hoard wealth and purchase across countries both citizenship and these little unfurnished pads as they bar hop across global villages. Only a corrupt capitalist and government ventures can give allowances for this disgrace to exist,  but it seems both of these ultra-lefties progressives were slow to criticize the liberal city leaders that have allowed the displacement of the people of color poor that really is upsetting these two princes.

 Mertz is a fag as is this Moscowitz and both of them also refused to tackle and make mention of the data collectors and their role in gentrifying neighborhoods and taking over trendy areas and picking out the poor to make way for their co-workers and friends in information technology. These people have developed a value in he processing of numbers and statistics much of which is a scam and possess no real importance of value for company and the profit seeking establishments.

The technocrats know what most of what they do is bullshit and the real process is creating a liberal high-income industries that they can then select what areas will skyrocket and value and who is deserving to be a data analytical agent of change and be part of this boom from displacing the poor and rebuilding and subsidizing the new pricey building assets. This is why google and Facebook also promote the importation of outsiders to fill these urban occupations that they seek to develop and choose from a global outlook seeking to change the culture and look of certain neighborhoods and cities. Inequality is produced by those who seek to displace jobs and economies and have a small class have access to the education and software skills and experience required to get through the gates for access to gentrified areas and is why so many workers in gentrified improved areas that are in the IT data analytical scam industries of America. Mertz and this bald clown said nothing of this in their interview.
