 Bhaben Saikia had a leering problem like many Indian men unable to comprehend women in the workplace and increased opportunities that neo-liberalism has given females in India. One day recently he was staring at a beautiful Indian female worker at Inflosysy and his thoughts were all lost of the escapades he lust to commit upon her body and mind. Rasilia Raju was having none of this sexual harassment and warned the creep security guard that she was going to report him to his supervises and she made the fatal mistake of telling him this when she was working alone with not another person on sight as she was working the mainframes all alone.

Bhaben,like any Indian men, have such pride and to be insulted by a woman was devastating and as I said the idea of women being independent and working in India and Pakistan is a recent phenomena that many people in this region cannot accept. The men especially have problems with this and many fel shame to see their women in their culture working for corporate global companies instead of gathering the children and milking  cow juice. Bhaben raped and killed Rasilia and his dream of coming to America and being added to a growing list of security guards protecting American property and workers will not be denied and his H1-B work visa is now officially terminated. Many Indian young men though dream to follow in the security guard footsteps and get work visas in the states and other Western nations and whether Bhaben is released and can pursue thiese dreams again is not known.
