Ju Hick Kim of FDA warns about growing problem of Chinese kitchens and big box stores confusing rat with chicken

Chuck Woodruff
According to Health Fit Point.com millions of pounds of rat meat is sold in Taquerias and Chinese kitchens every year many under the guise of boneless chicken wings. In fact, many upscale places and other eateries should not be trusted with the concept of"boneless" chickens and if you are dumb enough to choose these wing options then Bon appetit. The FDA has expressed concerns in the past with the rise of Chinese eateries everywhere and with cost-cutting desperate measures in the competitive field of restaurants, that these  boneless chicken problem will get worse and neurotic and eccentric individuals will jsust find ways to sell bogus meat and label it as something else.
The problem of eatung rat is sickening and this is whagt happens when you import shady people from other countries with food trick and treats up their sleeve to run your nearby strip mall eateries on the cheap. Ju Hick Kim of the FDA recently spoke to the Center Bear Crazy Cougar blog to discuss this serious problem and he said the amount of meat confiscated from overseas coming through the global scam of trade and meat importation is staggering and something people are not aware.
even luxury Chinese  and Mexican restaurants can find it more economically convenient to make more profits and incomes form serving this rodent meat and declare it farm fed chicken raising the menu prices while laughing at people for paying high prices for rat and mouse meat. Mr Kim worries that eventually American chains will give "fake Menus' and that possibly BBW, Wing Stop, and Wing Zone may start this plan as much along with the Wal-Marts and Save Marts of american retail. The idea of people eating animals reserved for scraggly Coyotes and deranged Puma's unable to hunt should send a shiver to your liver and make you want to puke and many health outlets on the web are informing people be very careful where you buy food and inspect it clearly before putting it into your stomach and if your gut instincts reject it do not continue eating the cheap musky meat.
