Illinois attorny General inspector Lisa Madigan fights to prevent back house restaurant staff more equitable pay

   Attorney Lisa Madigan and sixteen other attorney generals are fighting desperately a new tipping proposal trying hard to make the restaurant industry more equitable for the workers. Lisa says that a new federal law would make it more likely that employers pocket the tips of workers in the service industry when in fact  the legislation was necessary to pool tips to share with other backhouse workers who may not smile as much or have as curvy hips as the wait staff whose job is  heavily depend on this attribute.

The cooks and dishwasher constantly for years were not paid their fair share as I witnessed this first hand in many years working at restaurants. The gender discrimination that existed against these harder working male staff members that never got to be waiters for many restaurants only wishing to have females serve food caused need for this legislation.

The fact that liberals and urban progressives often go to restaurants and prefer to see their tips go to the people looking like them or looking pretty is bogus and results in the resistance by their political hacks such as Lisa Madigan fighting against this progressive and fair rule. Madigan was so angry at this rule and she gives the fake news that employers will gather and pocket this money for their Lamborghini payments and so forth which it total bullshit and she just is looking out for females on this issue as many restaurant owners have difficulty  finding employers to do the back work because of the unfairness of the tip wage set up of the restaurant occupation.

Many of the back house staff are development challenged individuals and the long discrimination against them needed to end and these new rules put in place are meant for men like "Todd" and why the attorney general of Illinois and sixteen other Blue states are fighting this needed change is insane. These political established jacks don't like development by the restaurant industry to close the pay gap between hot waitresses and back house scrubs and the resistance smacks of arrogance and elitism base don looks. The problem is for the Lisa Madigans and other progressive liberals in restaurant economy big budgeted, debt-ridden blue cities is  they do not want the Todd's getting any of their tip dollars they prefer to give to girls they would court or be BFF based on their beauty and not the service.
