Antonio Carluccio was a fat Italian who owned restaurants and cooked in the British Isles instead of Italy. However Italian he was proud and he made a smorgasbord of dishes offering Italian good in London Known as the mushroom man Mr Carlucci came to London in the seventies and was horrified by the condition of Italian food in this country and he was helped by the globalists to create a food improvement and brand all relying mainly ion imported Italian products except the mushrooms, which apparently Antonio was too cheap to pony up. He would often go digging for mushrooms outside London for free ingredients digging that nasty fungus and throwing it in all sorts of dishes that ignorant and self-hating Brits ate up.
This fat dago had many books and even a TV series of his authentic Italian cooking but in reality he was just another over-fussy profiteer restaurant in our eyes. fatso Carluccio loved trolling the forests for mushrooms and found the British woods full of them often mocking the English people for not doing more with all of these bountiful and plenty Mushrooms that many and most people find disgusting. One look at this guy in his later years would convince me to stay away from his cooking, restaurants, and bottles products in the stores.
Antonio used fungi and dared the British people to be more daring and created odd dishes like lamb pluck in stew with a bunch of dirty mushrooms he picked for free or had cheap labor imported Poles to do the dirty work of collecting Mushrooms. Antonio was a early globalist elite using food and excuse and superiority of it to be financially rewarded through the ambassador urban classes and the financial stream industry even though in reality his food was gross and not even close or better to Chef Boy Are dee. Antonio Carlucci is dead at the age of 87
