Rick Telander comes on Les Grobstein's graveyard radio show and talk of boring of All Star baseball game

Les Grobstein had one of the three famous Rick pricks on his program the night of the All Star baseball game. Gorbstein tried to impress the famed sports journalist by telling him how many All Star games he has been too including the one where Reggie Jackson blasted one in Detroit that is still traveling making its way to Saturn or Uranus. Both men though call the All Star game silly as few play the game serious and hard as in October as for this practice game in July and more and more sports fans are not even tuning in this crap as in the past and Grobstein and Telander know this
. Telander called the around three AM and clearly has anxiety having to cover this trash sport where the players are ridiculously over-paid and it serves as a vehicle for corporate business class to divert money towards a small segment of families and business connected people for their events and expenditures. Grobstien wondered if the balls were juiced as the amount of home runs hit in the All Star classic smacks of baseballs being juiced in order to give the hitters an advantage. Les says these All Star games are dull and usually mean nothing and may be the worse of all of sports all star extravaganzas. The aspect that I have always said that cause baseball to be less interesting that these two members will never report is the number of foreigners taking over spots as this years All Star game starters had to many names form the Sons of Spain and players form Spanish-speaking countries and I think there were like four Garcia's starting in this years All Star game and who really wants to follow Puerto Rican and Venezuelan ball? This years baseball All Star game was a mockery as balls were flying all over the sense and I still want to know how watching a hit ball go over the fence is a fascinating experience for the fan?
