Les Grobstein is a Chicago area broadcasting hack mentioning music,movies, and sports all of the time on his little-listened to over-night radio jokegram. Les Grobstein talks up a storm with his small legion of regular callers and he often doesn't know his head form his ass he is so obsessed with the Chicago Cubs and the money directed towards his program so he can talk about this boring baseball team that puts old men to sleep whether the team is a winner or not. Les has been suffering from post-traumatic depression for a couple of weeks following the sudden departure of the Chicago cubs in this years playoffs. Grobstein and other cub fans expected a Chicago bulls-type dynasty by now following the first World Series The veteran Chicago broadcaster witnessed in his lifetime. This silly jackass complained for decades about not seeing his beloved Cubbies in the fall classic and now he is mad that even a Chicago Black hawk title reign and run may hopefully never be accomplished by manager Joe Madden and Jew GM Theo Epstein.
Couple of years ago. Hopefully the 2015 World Series is e only one the grabber sees in his lifetime and I personally have been rooting against the Cubs to have got into one upon hearing this sorry corporate media sports complain of it. Need less to say three years ago I was majorly disappointed to see the cubs win it all and this piece of shit was on top of thought of it all. At least the Cubs have come up short in the past few years and the disappoint,met of Lester Grobstein and Cubs picture John Lester has echoed throughout Chicago Cubdom. As someone that remembers four thousand paid fans a game, I am still amazed this bore game and park draws what it does and without companies purchasing tickets this park would draw half of what they draw. The corporate-based Chicago dummies and their freebie fans epitomize all that is wrong with baseball with the massive amount of advertising and commercials at Wrigley Field and one can't go without a pitch without receiving a pitch form a company paying advertising in this stadium to promote themselves and basically this shrine to batball is no longer a sport but subliminal marketing to a captured audience of dummies. that is no longer a ball park butI. In essence Ricketts stadium (formerly Wrigley Field) is one large advertising billboard no longer resembling a ball field
The constant commercialization and creeping advertising on the loud speaker also makes me wonder how anyone actually wishes to spend a day at Wrigley Field and wold consider it a appreciable event, but this doesn't bother shit hacks like Grobstein who makes his bread and butter having a utter brain that thinks and talks all sports...even a film from 1966 and talk of ball in 1977. The grobber and corporate cub$ fans that all think baseball ,with their stupid same C hate and blue uniforms year in and out,need to get a life and realize one always wondering what happened to the Cubs disappointing in October is a life null and void. Sports are used apolitical distraction and people constantly inking of baseball are part of the problem why crucial improvement needed in society and economy never gets talked and solved on a national level with jackasses like Grobber and thousands sports talk radio clogging the airwaves
