Jollibe international buys most of Rick Bayless chain and debt for hos Torta and Mexican pushing food empire

Rick Bayless is basically an average cook so promoted and pushed by the restaurant investment hedge funds of America. Bayless has taken important urban space and opened up all these Mexican restaurants in and around Chicago and with it he has piled up a load of debt that that even the often-hyped and famed chef may have trouble in paying back.
Bayless though found a temporary savior form a Filipino fast food company eager to get more holdings and purchasing power and influence in America. Jollibee Foods Corp., a fast-food company based in the Philippines, announced Friday a $12.4 million investment in Tortas Frontera, the fast-casual chain started by
Bayless. Rick Bayless and his over-hyped restaurant are in reality  no much better than your typical Jalisco Mexican restaurant but the media and other foodies of the food marketing complex need their rock stars and for some reason they have selected this dweeb to promote The investment gives Jollibee, through its U.S. subsidiary, a 47 percent stake in Tortas Frontera, according to the company’s regulatory filing. Bayless and other shareholders will retain the remaining 53 percent. Ricky is desperate for foreign money so he can continue to live a luxury life and one as an elite and whether he has ownership of his own empire is besides the point.  Bayless is a shit as is his food only pushed by the leftiest media and liberal needing air time and asset and brand creation for books and telvision.
