Duke university professor Michael Munger has proposed  a unique idea politically and culturally that is a new and innovative way into looking at improving the plight of many displaced workers with the coming gains in automation and technology. The rock star professor and former  Libertarian candidate for president of the United States has written several books and has an idea of a Universal basic Income and proposed this unique idea on-line and in some of this political  science 1010 classes at Duke.  Professor Munger says the idea is not new and was brought up during the European revolutions of 1848-89 and he is amazed no one has brought up this idea in the upcoming political election cycle. Just like birds there is enough foliage and leaves to feed people in the form of paper currency and all citizens of nations should be the benefactors of Central bank money loans and freebies not just the one top percent in finance and business.
Professor Munger published a paoer that a 2000 dollar a month universal basic income will get people by and help them purchase cheap products at shit stores like Dollar General and Dollar Tree staying in outer borough bad suburban reservations while the wealthy classes enjoy the fine shopping and fine dining in downtowns living a life of luxury of 0% debt living and r]never pay back loan lifestyle can provide for this selected class. Munger loves  free birds ,rainbows, and unicorns start ups but admits the universal basic income these entrepreneurs often get from investors overseas mostly end up in failed business ventures where the investment money and loans never have to be repaid back and he says all people should be given this same leverage of a grand or two or three a month to hep people spend and create their own business ventures in smaller towns whether it is repairing golf carts, selling doggie doo doo for cattle feed,  or giving parakeets head massages and finger love.
