   Corrupt lifelong politician Elijah Cummins loves dipping in federal funds for himself as a congressman from the shit hole section of Baltimore that he has done little to improve in the decade sin political leadership. Elijah Cummins got into a war with the president and having a president like one we have the idea that Elijah Cummins was a rotten politician and responsible for the shitty ghetto trash conditions of his district was brought up. Elijah Cummins can't believe it and he longs for a day of a president like Obama and Clinton's who would never bring up the deplorable conditions and deplorable hood rats infesting his city making it into a total no go zone for

Whites,Asians,Indians, Pakistanis, Mexicans etc etc. It is corrupt rule like Elijah Cummins and why these areas suck ass considered  no go zones of America.
