      The  Soviet communist state was always in a state of neurotic and paranoia of the West and Japan threatening their hegemony and empire. This motivated Russian leader Joseph Stalin of a enforced collectivism redistribution effort that lead to mass hungry and death of some 6 million Soviet citizens and for the Soviets anther international effort to take down this communist state could have transpired int he several years between the world war and before the Nasiz too control of Germany. these crazy world leaders like Saddam Hussein and Mohmmar Khaddaffi was essential and the same thing should of occurred in 1977 and early parts of 1928 before this mass killer Joseph Stalin could enforce the new production demands on the peasants that as Indy Nidell said was practically
