I never see anyone even hear the speed limit as everyone goes eight at least. This story is both bullshit and horseshit as NASCAR desperately trying to play up to Black Lives Matter and draw in more ghetto hoodlam fans and the racial propagandists like Dave Zirin who see anything that doesn't resemble the  demographics like the National Basketball league must therefore be racist and this NASCAR is seeing these made up stories to go after and Open up defund NASCAR or force it for more race drivers based on skin tone than driving ability. The  driver shad a rally and the objective of having these NASCAR drivers kiss up to Bubba and his Confederate hate campaign has already been made regardless if a perpetrator or this hoax has been exposed.
