   Earl " Ban Bam' Cunningham

Once again we have the sad news to bring about the death of another sports broadcasts rin the Midwest as Cincinnati's own beloved long time sports announcer Less Nessman otherwise known as "Dr, Fever" has died form complications of Covid. Less Nessman was a arrogant anti-vaccine personality who battled is bosses and the city of Cincinnati with his resistance to Covid and Nessman like many Midwestern conservatives and those so obsessed with professional sports was obsessed with sports and game. Less Nessman covered Cincinnati sports teams for some forty years and once got into a verbal

and physical argument with Pete rose that landed Less to the hospital and having to get some new glasses and Mr Nessman will surely be missed by the three or four thousand old sports addicts his age in Cincinnati who long loved listening to Les's sports rants and complain and his death right before the brink of a rare Cincinnati Bengal Super Bowl appearance makes this death even more tragic.
Less Nessman will never see whether Joe Burroughs becomes another flash in the pan Joe Namath or if he will be dominate  all decade hall of famer consistently Super Bowl winning quarterback and bringing  in a new era of a new big red machine and dynasty for the Cincinnati Tigers football organization in the National Football league. Les' death will prove invaluable amount of sports data and information lost as Les was like  a walking sports encyclopedia as he could recall a summer baseball game memorizing inning by inning and actions  between the St Louis  Cardinals and Cincinnati Red sin July of 1956 or 1957 and the expertise and memory of this man and sports knowledge will long be lost forever.
