this:horseshit" and the news that Juan Hernandez won twice scratch off lottery in ones lifetime both worth over ten millions dollars is'' horseshit". Paul Teutul Sr wonders how corrupt these scandalous lotteries are and he called for a full investigation into the New York lotteries based in this case and he and Mikey Teutul find it impossible to believe one individual can win a lottery twice in a decade. win two scratch off tickets not in a decade as I had assumed but three fucking years. Are you kidding me???? This is not lucky or is Juan Hernando the luckiest man in the world as media outlets keep writing but Juan Hernandez and his family win the lottery and constantly do so because there is a elaborate plot to get game winning tickets into the hands of certain families and for the Hernandez clan in New York this is obviously the case as this man is told when and where to purchase these winning tickets.
the Teutal's and many others are wondering what and how rigged are these lotteries and how the hell one Earth can one fool win all of these scratch off tickets and these scratch off tickets should be banned as with much of modern society they are combustible and open for abuse and fraud and this case really illustrates this point.
