pregnancies in womens prisons with the liberal shit states that already are allowing men in women's prisons to free access to sex and rape the women in prisons and for Konstantine and Francis the idea that a real liberal shit saying this and openly advocating for the segregation for safety of a transvestite wile likely this piece of shit Pakman wouldn't bestow the same privileges for white or Asian inmates in mens prisons where they are overwhelmingly in a racial minority in a black dominated prison system and the privileged of exclusivity and protection for transvestites is something Pakman is  much more willing to accept an d demand for our prison systems.
