Earl " Bam Bam" Cunningham
he National Football League lost perhaps one of their biggest legendary football players of all time. he Great number double zero Jim Otto has died the fearful pass rusher who broke a bone of many quarterbacks sacking and whacking them to the ground has died at the age of 86. Jim Otto was one of the more feared players in the history of National Football League as a big natural freak and he identified of what a National Football League player should be. Otto's rushing and his ability to tackle and intimidating fear factor of breaking the bones of opposing players was
well known throughout his twenty year career. Jim Otto capped off an incredible career culminating his 1967 amazing 36 sack season as the incredible end of the Oakland Raiders was one of the biggest and most fearful giants the game has ever seen. My career as a running back for the Boston Parrots thankfully only coincided for two years in he late seventies and faked a injury to avoid a game with the late great Jim Otto
When Jim Otto came out of the locker room one could feel the fear smell the fear and feel the stadium shudder as the opposing team looked at double zero and his intimidating factor putting in the space suit football gear on has never been repeated.Otto was a mind fucking plaer who could of played in any generation and would of been a star in Pigskin, Aussie Rules football, Rugby or an other international tackling game. In fact through the numerous injuries that Otto Jimenski has had even when he was injured the Raiders suited him up pretending he was going to play to intimidate the opponents. Jimbo Otto suffered so many injuries through his career as he was preposterously big and fast often hurting himself as he sacked quarterbacks, bashed running backs, and pull down opposing tight ends and some of the most incredible footage of early modern football that essentially the generation of the 60's and the players who played were a part. Jim Otter was so fearful that many quarterbacks faked an injury weeks before the circle date of their game against the Raiders not wanting to play against this monster and the reputation he had of injuring opposing players primarily quarterbacks.
In 1969 this football engine Jim Otto quite literally put over 12 starting quarterbacks on the injured reserve. The man was a fucking maniac and had to determination and a war-like outlook on Sundays that very few players that have the integrity and power of gym model today and what was amazing is that before the power lifting protein shaking ,steroid injecting, mass trainer programmed era of post '90s National Football League. Otto Graham was an average man who did very little training and was naturally a monster for the rest of his life after 7 years of age and the
man was a bully and a half throughout his life up to his last days in the Pennyworth nursing home in Wausau , Wisconsin. Otto suffered numerous dillaberating health issues after his football career ended in 1980 and he had several legs amputated and once lost a finger as an opposing player bit in his index finger off and the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1977. Jim Otto is dead at the age of 86
