Tiffany henyard decided that she's going to run for a second term and despite the threats of an impending arrest none have come and she is not scared of the FBI.  Tiffany Hundred is standing up for what she believes and this is using government to corrupt and enriching herself. With this mind Tiffany Henyard was at a budget meeting threatening to arrest her political opponents and enemies in the joke city of Dolton, Illinois who actually elected this clown.
