Rahm Emanuel had jimmy Fallon come to Chicago and take a plunge in icy water for some charity. Rahm Emanuel is obviously trying to become a celebrity and position himself into some position for greater office in order to serve corporate world.
He couldn't go wrong with this media blitz and publicity as using media publicity with television stars is a successful way to distract the people that you are an awful politician who only serves the upper classes in a city. Rahm is the mayor of the one percent and the wealthy international corporate travelers that make Chicago a temporary base. That pathetic publicity seeking move of this yuppie lake dive in the middle of winter shows most what kind of dude Rahm Emmanuel has been for this city. I dont even think I ever watched Jimmy Fallon and fans of late night talk show and celebrities are just brain dead zombies that care little about reality. Someone needs to stand up and make a run against this dickwad. While Rahm is diving in cold water with late night talk hosts the real citizens of Chicago are brutally struggling to survive and not be driven out of the city by profit seeking property holders trying to drive the poor to the suburbs and only make this city a Mecca for really educated overpaid jobs that most can not attain with a stripped educational system. Rahm seemed to get choked up being interviewed for this plunge andIm sure he has been taking some acting classes to brush up on his battered image. One can only hope the jerk gets hypothermia
