As a native Philadelphian watching the pro basketball tam this year is a total embarrassment for the city. The 76ers have only won one time in twenty six games and the discrepancy between the bad and great teams in the National basketball League has never been higher and perhaps a sign of inequality within the league itself these days among the various franchises. I recently went to watch the Philadelphia team in Chicago as they played the bulls and as usual the team gave another lackluster performance and this is a team where players are just playing for their paychecks and already waiting and wishing for the end of the season so they can enjoy the off-season.
Pretty much there are many pro athletes that have no heart for the game that so enriches them as money is thrown into the sport from other rich people who hoard wealth for their arena amusements. I really wonder how a franchise such as the Philadelphia 76er can have any value except for the role of media and corporate economic decisions of where money should go into and this franchise is a sham. Perhaps there are wealthy people into the sport who wish to create a real life Washington generals preferential and essential loser in the sport. One only has to google this basketball team to see how bad their record has been in recent years an d clearly this is a team that is the fucking laughingstock of the league. It is kinda a coincidence that they actually resemble in team colors the Harlem Globetrodders and this years uniforms have to be perhaps the worse uniforms ever constructed in any sport as it doesn't even have the entire name of the city. It could be a fortunate thing for the residents of Philadelphia though that this eras Philadelphia 76ers don't have the city name as the city has something so much more to share than a namesake with a disgustingly bad basketball team with ugly uniforms that stop short of name.
