"Papa" John Pappas and son proud to see old building destroyed to open up Dekalb Illinois to more high rises for foreigners

Otto's bar and the building attached to it was destroyed and put out of its misery and the developers in the area hoped for a while they would be able to get this key spot in this towns downtown. many college areas are changing and the old music clubs and bars are quickly being replaced to fit the new neo-liberalism order and having beer and music is not part of this new trend. if you want to see a popular band they ruling classes expect you to shill out a lot of bucks for these outside concerts such as lalapoalooza in Chicago or some other music festival around the country

John Pappas was really proud of being able to bring down this old building for another cookie cutter condo complex that they can maximize profits from having jackasses live right on top of one another as these old two story buildings will never be built again in the coming years as corrupt developers and village leaders work together in small college towns to redevelop zones and maximize profits and opportunity for reinvestment of dark money into bigger and bigger projects. The tragic loss of this high-profile building that defined Dekalb's downtown for generations will be loser in this loser area thhat did little to prevent the profiteers and their fake demands that this building needed to be torn down. Small buildings have a right to exist and are ore visually appealing that shadow makers with ugly baloney. 

 The sad trend is that all of these old buildings in the Midwest will be torn down to make away for foreigners and their investment and educational opportunities for family as Northern illinois joins a long list of American universities where native-born Americans are under ten percent of the enrollment and basically the university resembles the American university in Cairo or Seoul.

As long as you have greedy developers and they are given subsidies for their business and allowances to build up in traditional one and two story rise areas the ubiquitous of Chicago style  Cabrini green public housing and Soviet-era  style condo architecture will continue to be rooted and planted in this insane ugly country of America more and more being overtaken by multi-lingual heavy fucked up  accent globalists with foreign names.
