A fourth of pedestrian accidents involve taxi drivers who are in such a hurry to drop and load customers. Taxi hater here with another Taxi news for you. The Sun Times recently had a feature of pedestrian accidents and I was very pleased to see Taxi dangers listed among them. As a life long hater of the taxi industry and taxi drivers, I have studied and ranted to local officials about these morons. These fucks are now required to stop driving after twelve hours, but how the hell the government is actually going to follow and enforce this remains to be seen. Drivers are always bitching about not making enough money so they will drive as long as they want. Do anyone really think that this twelve hour limits and other new safety rules put in affect will change the habits and awful neglect these shit heads have for others? Nahhh. Taxi drivers are always wanting more money and the economic disasters from their homelands makes them come here driving sixteen hours a day. I am always amazed how many taxis you see in a major city at night driving away all night on empty streets. Taxis are perhaps more dangerous than trucks and perhaps the worse drivers on the street. You would think driving more makes one a better driver but in actuality driving for hours makes one immune and distracted.
