Suzanne Somers talks coffee enemas in this book as she discusses cancer with some of the nations elite cancer fighting doctors in America. She talks with several well known doctors in her book titled "knockout". The whole book is her interviewing several top notch cancer doctors and she gives advice how to prevent getting cancer to begin with in this interesting read. Through this book we learn the number and high intake of animal fats consumed by people is the leading cause of cancer and a high acidification intake fucks up the blood of many sick patients. Several doctors encourage a higher organic diet and one with much fruits and vegetables in the system.very much of this is common sense shit although the doctors never say
anything about income inequality as being the number one reason so many people cannot shop at whole foods and have a high organic food consumption diet. Increasing oxygen supply to cells while avoiding high sugar intake seems to be a key theme along with exercise.
One of these doctors mentioned something about charred foods causing the production of tumors in the liver. I had a couple of bosses that grilled everyday and ae that black part of the meat and they are taking dirt naps from their diets. Nutrition is a common theme to all the doctors Suzanne interviews in this book and few people make this a key element for their health. These guys died like ten years apart from totally unrelated industries. We are living in basically a cancer causing environment with chemicals in our food, water, air, and other stuff we take in our bodies everyday. The attack on the environment will only continue from a free-market system that cares little about the health of the individual. The amount of chemicals used in daily cleaning around our kitchen and baths does more harm than most realize Suzanne suggests and add this to chemicals thrown into foo system for preservatives and you can see why cancer rates have climbed since World War II .One doctor explained eloquently in this book of the importance of Glutathione in our bodies and its role for our immune system flushing out cancer-causing toxins in the body. This element dismisses with age along with diminished energy. Energy is needed to give cells the ability to create more glutathione and having healthy cells that are more social and able to communicate is important for the human body. This books starts out with several chapters about how doctors misdiagnosed her with cancer when she really only had a valley fever fungus. The experts in this book give good nutrition and lifestyle advice along with warnings that chemotherapy may just make you worse off. The importance of keeping cancer fighting genes healthy and fighting is emphasized often by these doctors. Suzanne has another interesting book for her fans and those that want to learn a little more about cancer.
