The Amazing Atheist is apparently calling the NFL hypocrites for suspending Ray Rice for a her after the video came out of his heinous attack on his girlfriend. The Atheist said the original suspension of two games was changed as the NFL bowed to public pressure and outcry after this video. I am not sure what the point is of this guy and perhaps he should stick to religious debate. The NFL didn't know the extent of the attack and took Ray Rice's version of the prelude to the fight from his words.
When the world saw the track of this athlete and role model the NFL decided to take more drastic action against one of its members. How does big mouth like this guy think they shouldn't change their original decision when new light and evidence came out and is guy lied out everything. The National Football league is getting hammered and be of the reasons its getting behind. The times and needs the players to transition their off the field antics. Ray Rice got paid well and if he wished to continue to get paid well for playing a game he needs to be aware of every can he does off And on the field. Knocking a woman on her ass with a left hook and having to drag a woman off an elevator is grounds for dismissal and the NFL should do a per ant ban in this idiot for his actions.
The fact that the suspension didn't happen at the time of the incident doesn't matter because this woman clearly recanted what happened at the time and didn't want her jewel to lie his shovel. The question this lard ass should be asking is why this video wasn't released right away and not that the NFL decided to react to public pressure and suspend this turkey indefinitely. Without football half of these guys would have served time for assault at some time and the public is slowly waking up to the fact that their viewership is putting these type of guys on a pedestal. The public didn't get a full picture of this incident and the Football League has a right to retrogress and change their ruling on Ray Rice for putting a black eye on the league just like he did with his skank.
