George says cigarettes are over expensive in this progressive state of new York but I wonder if one can make the same excuse about expensive purses and Jeans. Why don't we just allow men like Eric Garner to make smash and grabs and be allowed to sell jeans cheaper on the black market. It should come as no surprise that a lame old man like George Will would use this to some talking point and I wonder where a George Will would draw the line on what constitutes a crime or not.
