Ed O Bradovich and Doug Buffone are a couple of old nasty former NFL Chicago Bear players who host a sports radio show in Chicago. They can usually be heard on the airwaves after a Bears game and basically the years the bears are bad all they do is criticize the work ethic and ability of every player. The funny thing is if these two guys were young today they wouldn't be near the NFL field on a Sunday afternoon against these pampered athletes of today who are a hundred times stronger, faster ,and smarter than the bums who played in the era these two bozos say were the grittiest and best ever in pro football. The usual culprit of their weekly attacks this year has been Jay Cutler who granted is vastly overpaid but there was a reason that the Bears organization let lose and paid this quarterback so much money. he had showed some ability to be a different type of game changing elite big time quarterback and this is something the Chicago bears and their fans have never had in their history. Most of the bears history has been filled with loud meatheads like Doug Buffone and Ed O' Bradovich who still get a voice in this day of age thanks to the scam that is corporate sports talk radio. They seem to have big trouble with the share of money the players are able to squeeze out in a game featuring themselves playing against tremendous athletes and completion that was not around in the sixties. these two old guys cannot understand how guys like Cutler got the big payday but what was the Chicago bears alternative at the position given he was still on some playoff contending Lovie Smith Bears teams in the past. had they let Cutler go to another team and then struggle to find another quarterback for a number of years which has been usually the case in team history the organization would of been attacked mercilessly by the fans. these guys should just be lucky they have a broadcasting job and an NFL pension while so many other real workers have lost theirs.
