The time Milt Rosenberg had Barack Obama on his show

   In the autumn of 2012 Milt Rosenberg was in his final days at WGN radio as his contract was running out. Milt had annoyed many at WGN with his constant right-wing programs and guests hammering at Barack Obama at all angles at the upcoming election and obviously the geriatric Doctor Rosenberg, an inspiration here for the social critics, knew that his time was up and his decades of being supported by right-wing think tanks was up on this corporate radio spectrum that was 720 in Chicago. I noticed on his podcast the other day at http://miltrosenberg.com/show/the-barack-and-milt-show/ that he is once again broadcasting a remote show from back in 1995 of a young community activist on Chicago's south side whose politics would give old Milt many ulcers since 2008.

I bet Milt was shocked to shit when someone reminded him that he had the future  president in his program back then where Milt didn't bother learning how to pronounce his name correctly. Barack was on the program promoting his book and story of his African father nailing some liberal bitch and then taking off into some government neo-liberal job in Kenya that the Americans train all these foreign students to take over their native governments. This show is pretty amazing and I have listened many times amazed that this unknown guest back then would one day be the Barack phenomenon and get himself elected driving old-white haired conservatives like Dr Milt nuts and unequivocal in his obsession with doing all he can to promote the idea that the Republicans would be a shoe-in the 2012 election. The hip young Barack Obama told Milt and the world what he was all about and how the world needed to be changed back then and he did it and ther was nothing the eighty eight year old Milt Rosenberg was going to do about it. Milt would never dare to have Barack Obama "the socialist' on his WGN program again as he was rising the ranks quickly in Illinois politics and kicking ass.
